Parasols for Pubs

We have found over the years that Pubs tend to go for large central post parasols, often referred to as "Jumbrellas". In terms of our product range, this is represented by the Schattello and Albatros models. The life expectancy of the hardware should exceed 10 years, with correct use and the acrylic fabrics average around 4 years.

TIP: Try to avoid buying parasols with polyester covers. Although slightly cheaper, these are too thin for the vagaries of the British weather and rarely last more than 2 years. The acrylic covers represent a much better investment.

More recently, the Olympia model has literally muscled its way into modern thinking, as it not only matches the other models for size, heating and lighting options, but is a high tensioned super strength parasol, with all the obvious benefits of such features. Add to that, the fire resistant Ferrari PVC membrane and its a clear winner. And it made in England!

Some gastro pubs often seek something a little more unusual. The Malaga side post (cantilever) parasol for instance, offers many features that a centre post parasol does not.
