Poles are laminated and made from full lengths of timber to create a one piece pole that is incredibly sturdy. The wood has a density of 900Kg per cubic metre, one and half times as dense as teak Hubs, also laminated, are cut and turned by hand to ensure the perfect finish. Standard Colors

Canopies: Tradewinds unique design means that all Tradewinds umbrellas have replaceable and washable canopies. The MISTRAL range have 220gsm Teflon coated Polyester canopies, whilst the CLASSIC range uses woven Teflon coated Dralon acrylic. Both textiles are totally water repellent, mould and rot resistant. All frames are assembled using stainless steel brackets and bolts, enabling the easy replacement of any components. The canopy incorporates an air vent to release gusts of wind. Canopies with a valance are also available.
